The County of Grande Prairie Library Board operates public libraries in the hamlets of La Glace, Valhalla, and Elmworth, while also partnering with libraries in neighbouring municipalities (Sexsmith, Hythe, Beaverlodge, Wembley, and Grande Prairie) to provide excellent library services across the region.
